"Good, but pricier than similar options"
It’s nice stuff and I didn’t have any major complaints, but compared to what a lot of other people seem to be getting for the same price, it felt a bit overpriced to me. I liked it, just not enough to say it was totally worth the cost.

"Surprisingly nice quality"
I wasn’t sure if I was just overthinking it when I ordered, but this feels really solid in person. It’s better quality than I expected, and now I’m kind of wondering why I doubted it so much.

"Pretty Good Fit, Tiny Chest Drama"
I got a small for my dog and it fit well, but the chest was just a little snug and I briefly acted like I had made the biggest sizing mistake of my life. The length was totally right though, so not a disaster at all. If your pet is between sizes, I’d probably size up just to be safe. Overall I’m happy with it, just definitely check the measurements first.

"I was kind of surprised by how much..."
I was kind of surprised by how much it actually looked like him... they even got his little spots right, which is such a small detail but made it feel really personal. i’m impressed.

"Bad timing on my part, but the refund was quick"
I ended up ordering the wrong size, which was just bad timing because I realized it right after it shipped. I figured returning it was going to be a whole annoying process, but it was actually really easy. Support got back to me fast, and the refund showed up a few days later. No runaround, no weird excuses. Happy with how smoothly they handled it

"Helpful support, just a little slow"
Support did get back to my email and fixed the issue with my order, so I can’t really complain too much. It took about a day longer than I was hoping, which felt a bit unnecessary, but overall it worked out fine.
